Well, it is a good deal considering that it is a direct flight. I was paying around 640 euros in 2006 but for this kind of price you have to book 9 months in advance.
Now I'm struggling between going home for Raya 2009 or Chinese New Year 2010? It has been ages (8 years?) I haven't celebrated Raya. I'm all for the Ramadan Bazaar and open house with the Muslim friends. Besides Hubby has never experienced Raya, I even told him that he could shake hand with our Sultan at the Palace during the open house, he didn't seem to be impressed though.
WOW..you're already planning for your trip home for 2010? MAS for Frankfurt-KUL-Frankfurt in aug/Sep this year also ard 650€..
ReplyDeleteYes as air fare here is quite expensive if you want to take direct flight. I haven't seen MAS fare under 700 euros for a while, lucky you it is cheaper in Germany.

ReplyDeleteBee Ean, you have to check if the direct flight all the way from Nantes to KL is cheaper than taking TGV to Paris then fly to Paris. Sometimes return Nantes/Paris/KL is cheaper than just taking from Paris.

Thanks for the tips, I didn't know it could be cheaper flying from Nantes, I will check the departure from Nantes and Paris next time.
Are you in Nante Bee Ean? yes sometimes its cheaper to fly from nantes direct but a stop over in schipol sometimes and its pretty cheap go to KLM airfrance.
