Happy sticky rice festival!
UPDATE: I went to the Chinese grocery shop nearby and they didn't order sticky rice. When hubby arrived home, he was like where is my sticky rice!

Today is important for us bcos we are signing the contract with the seller and will be officially owning the apartment. Yeah!
